CEO
The General Administration provides the main centralized administrative and financial services for all Latin Patriarchate entities throughout the Diocese including Palestine, Jordan and Israel. The central offices are located in Jerusalem headed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Latin Patriarchate, currently Sami El-Yousef who was appointed in June 2017 to become the first layperson to assume the responsibility.
The operations are assisted by a support office in Amman headed by a Deputy CEO for Jordan reporting directly to the CEO and currently headed by Mr. Fadi Ghattas. There are a number of departments that make up the General Administration including the Finance and Payroll; Endowments; Projects Development; Human Resources; Procurement; Information Technology; Engineering; Legal Services; and Social Assistance.
