Payroll Office
The Payroll Officer is operating under the General Administration at the Headquarters Offices in Jerusalem with direct administrative and reporting relationship with the CEO and functional relationship with the Director of Finance. The payroll officer serves the same scope in line with the HR department. He is responsible for maintaining employees’ payroll, entering modifications, and updating the systems accordingly. Also responsible for initiating payment orders, as well as issuing employees’ pay slips and calculating employees’ compensation, remitting payroll taxes and periodic reporting. Moreover, the payroll officer is also responsible for preparing the clergymen and volunteers monthly stipend , and for internal auditing the schools’ monthly payroll and other payroll related payments both in Palestine and Galilee.
