On Saturday, June 11th, in the large and beautiful hall of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Nazareth, the Latin Patriarchate School of Reineh held a graduation ceremony for 72 of its students.

The ceremony was attended by Mgr. Giancinto-Boulos Marcuzzo, who acted as the representative of the Latin Patriarchate and of Mgr. Rafic Nahra, Patriarchal Vicar for Israel; Mrs. Yvette Sayegh, the school's director; and the mayor of Reineh. The students also actively participated in the ceremony, through a presentation and songs. Also present were Fr. Eli Kurzum, the director-general of the schools of the Latin Patriarchate in Israel, and Fr. Raed Abusahliah, the parish priest of Reineh.

The students were not the only ones to be rewarded; diplomas of recognition and honor were also given to Dr. Fahad Abu Khadra, a famous writer and alumnus of the school; Mrs. Naylah Salman, who has been teaching at Reineh for 50 years; Professors Bassam Saffuri and Adnan Saleh, teachers there for 25 years; and Mr. Ramzi Boulos, who has been working in the school as a factotum for 25 years.
