“Team Activation Workshop” for CCAO employees

On Friday, March 3rd, 2023, His Beatitude Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, opened the “Team Activation Workshop”, which was given to the employees of the Coordinating Catholic Aid Organizations (CCAO) at the Notre Dame Center of Jerusalem.
In his opening speech, Mgr Pizzaballa talked about the importance of unity and trust between the Christian organizations, saying: “Unity is not only important for the clergy but also for all the people and institutes, because without trust we cannot attain the partnership we are seeking after”.
Then, Mr. Walid Victor Namour, a specialist in Management and Strategical Management, led the workshop, which focused on the different management strategies for building a successful team.
