“Christians from different Churches are one, because they form a big family who believe in the same God and the same Christ. And families, even if they have to forgive one another sometimes, should stand united.”
Matan, from Abu Ghosh
"In the New Testament, Jesus Christ taught us we have to have faith in God and listens to Him. He also told us to love the other as we love ourselves and God... even if the other is our enemy. Sometimes, however, it is impossible to do without the help of the Holy Spirit.
And the same goes for unity. We Christians - Catholic, Orthodox, Protestants and so on - need to stand as one through the Holy Spirit. We form a big family who believe in the same God and the same Christ. And families, even if they have to forgive one another sometimes, should stand united. Because with unity, we are stronger in faith and we can face life’s trials. Our faith will be weaker if we are not united, and if we are not united we'll also become unable to overcome the daily challenges we face everyday. We should act as family members who support each other, asking the Holy Spirit and God to help us be one."
