JORDAN – H.E. Archbishop Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Apostolic Administrator of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem continues his pastoral visits in different place in Jordan and Palestine. Last week, he visited the Church of the Holy Martyrs of Jordan in Marj Al-Hamam, Sunday, August 26, 2018, accompanied by Fr. Hanna Kildani, Patriarchal Vicar in Nazareth.
Fr. Ashraf Nimri, the parish priest, welcomed them, along with a group of Rosary Sisters and the faithful.
H.E. presided over the Solemn Mass, where he explained the several spiritual meanings presented in the Gospel of John, and the difficulties faced by Jesus’ apostles in understanding His words.
After the Mass, the parishioners met His Excellency in the parish hall, where the parish priest welcomed this visit and reflected upon the joy and blessings that accompany the first pastoral visit for the Apostolic Administrator.
