PHOTOS: Christmas procession and Midnight Mass in Bethlehem 2019
BETHLEHEM/ PHOTOS – On December 24, 2019, Archbishop Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Apostolic Administrator of the Latin Patriarchate, opened Christmas festivities during the traditional procession in the streets of Bethlehem’s Old City. He also celebrated Midnight Mass at St. Catherine Church in presence of priests, religious men and women, and faithful from around the world. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and his delegation also attended the Mass alongside different General Consuls of Jerusalem.
