Coaches from Beit Jala, Beit Sahour, Ramallah, Zababdeh, Jaffa of Nazareth, and Reneh participated in the training. Yet, coaches from Gaza, Madaba, and Fuheis could not attend due to the political complications of issuing permits and visas.

A number of representatives attended from the Schools Administration, Mrs. Abeer Hanna, executive director of the school and Mrs. Mirna Fleifel, Coordinator of Educational and Academic Programs for schools Administration, and Mrs. Areen Touma, Projects Officer from the Project Development Office at the Patriarchate.

On April 26, 2016, the Real Madrid Foundation and the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem signed an agreement that aimed to implement training courses for coaches at Latin Patriarchate schools in hopes to promote in students the positive values and professional techniques in sports, as means of social integration of those who find themselves suffering from any form of marginalization, as well as to promote and disseminate all the cultural aspects linked to sport.
