Rosary Sisters in Palestine and Jordan profess their vows Available in the following languages:

BETHLEHEM / AMMAN: On Saturday, August 15, 2020, a number of Rosary Sisters professed their vows in Bethlehem and Amman, on the Feast day of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.

The congregation of the Rosary Sisters in Bethlehem celebrated the Holy Mass in Mary Alphonsine church where H.E. Archbishop Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Apostolic Administrator of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, presided the Mass, along with Bishop Boulos Marcuzzo, Latin Patriarchal Vicar for Jerusalem and Palestine, a number of priests, in the presence of the rosary sisters, their parents, seminarians and faithful. 

Sister Mariam Ba’abish professed her perpetual vows before the Vicar to Assistant General Sr. Iness Al-Yaacoub, S.R.J. Also Sr. Theresa Qarra’a and Rand Hamarneh renewed their temporary vows.

In Amman,  Bishop William Shomali, Latin Patriarchal Vicar for Jordan, presided the Mass, where four sisters professed their vows: Nadine Shaaban, Hanadi Juri, Angela Bishara, and Mary Mouawad, before the mother superior of Jordan, Sr.  Michelin Al-Maalouf, at the Visitation Church, in Dabouq area, west of Amman.
