Operations Department
The Operations Department supports the mission of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem by managing essential operational services and specialized units that ensure the effective functioning of its institutions and ministries. The department oversees Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Projects. LPJ Press, and Beit Afram Elderly House, providing technical, administrative, and operational support across the Patriarchate. Through efficient resource management, infrastructure development, communication services, and compassionate social care, the department contributes to the sustainable delivery of pastoral, educational, and humanitarian initiatives throughout the Holy Land.
