The Thirteenth Annual Courts in Canon the Arab Law Countries Conference - for 2026 the Catholic Ecclesiastical
Greetings in Christ,
The Organizing Committee of the Annual Canon Law Conference for the Catholic Ecclesiastical Courts in the Arab countries, has decided to hold the Thirteenth Annual Canon Law Conference in two parts during the period from 19-29 July 2026, as follows:
First: A special session for all lawyers registered at the Catholic Ecclesiastical Courts in the Arab countries, including: the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Palestine, the Galilee, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Arabian Gulf, Tunisia, and Algeria. This session will be from Sunday, 19 July 2026 through Friday, 24 July 2026.
Second: A session dedicated to the clergy and.judges of the Catholic Churches; the invitation will
be extended to all the Patriarchs, bishops and judges in the Arab Countries of the Middle East and North Africa. This session will be from Sunday, 26 July 2026 through Wednesday, 29 July 2026.
The conference will be held in the Dead Sea region of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
All details regarding the program, registration procedures, participation fees, and additional information will be communicated at a later time once finalized.
Kindly take note of the above dates and consider this notice as a preliminary announcement, pending further arrangements and the opening of registration to ensure participation in the conference.
